return and cancellation policies

RETURNS

Please note: All sales are final on sale items, books, patterns, ribbons and buttons.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Merchandise purchased from Reprodepot can be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit.
Credit will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee for fabric and minus original shipping charge. If customer received free shipping, a 10% shipping charge will be deducted from store credit.
Returns received after the 30 day period will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Items must be returned in the condition they were received. (i.e. brand new with original packaging - free of pet hair, dirt, cigarette smoke or perfume odors, unwashed, etc...)
Please inspect items carefully before returning them.

ORDER PROBLEMS

If there is anything missing from your order or damaged please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: Reprodepot can not be held responsible for items once they have been altered from their original state (i.e. laundered, cut, etc..)

EXCHANGES

Due to the fleeting nature of our inventory, we are unable to process exchanges. Exchange requests will be handled as returns.

CANCELLATIONS

Please notify us af any cancellation within one hour of placing your order. Cancellations requested after one hour may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if the yardage has already been cut. To cancel an order, please contact us via email at help@reprodepot.com or call us at 413-527-4047.
